Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a free return in exchange for store credit minus the original shipping charge. We do not offer refunds at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Items marked on Sale or Final Sale can not be returned.
To start a return, you can contact us at museandmatterboutique@gmail.com. Please include your name, address, and order number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon acceptance, you'll have 14 days to return the item to Muse + Matter Boutique. If the item has not been shipped within the 14 days, your return will NOT be accepted and a store credit will NOT be issued.
Damages and issues
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier.
If your item or items get delivered and have defects, please email museandmatterboutique@gmail.com with a photo of the defect along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to give a refund for the merchandise in form of store credit, replacement, or back to original payment form upon request.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time, we don't offer online exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, return it using our return process and then place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with store credit within 10 business days minus original shipping charges. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at museandmatterboutique@gmail.com.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.
Order Cancellation & Changes
If you would like to cancel your order, we can do so as long as the order has not packaged or shipped. Please email us at museandmatterboutique@gmail.com to cancel or change your order.
