Shipping Information
We offer free ground shipping on USA domestic orders over $100. At this time, we do not deliver internationally.

For orders under $75, we offer a standard $6.99 shipping fee. Your package will arrive via USPS or UPS. We offer a discounted local delivery to Carlsbad/Artesia, New Mexico in the 88220 and 88211 zip codes.

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays.

Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate.

We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.
